On this page you will find the general sales, delivery, and payment terms of Ba*Ba Babywear as part of Babybasics, located at 9000 Gent.
A. The following sales, delivery and payment terms apply to all our deliveries and services.
B. All rights, obligations, special offers, orders and agreements to which the general terms apply, as well as on these terms, solely the Belgian law is applied.
All prices are in Euros, including 21% VAT and excluding shipping costs.
3. Shipping costs
A. Ba*Ba Babywear charges postage for shipment of the items.
B. The postage rates in Belgium are, depending on the number of items purchased and whether one opts for delivery to the home address or a Bpost post office:
* € 3.95 delivery to a Bpost post office
* € 4.95 delivery to a home address.
For shipment abroad - within Europe - different rates apply, depending on the destination country:
* France: € 7.95
* Germany: € 6.95
* Austria: € 13.65
* UK: € 8.95
* Italy and Spain: € 13.95
* Sweden: € 14.25
* Denmark: € 13.25
* Switzerland: € 17.95
A. After placing an order, one immediately receives confirmation in the form of an e-mail containing an overview of the order and the total cost, including shipping costs.
B. Every order will be delivered after payment. One can pay by:* transfer * Bancontact/Misterchash* iDeal* Visa/Mastercard (exclusively through Paypal)
C. De complete payment should be covered within 7 weekdays after placement of the order, after which the order will be sent. During these days we reserve the ordered items. If we have not received the payment after 7 days, the order will be canceled.
D. Ba*Ba Babywear sends confirmation by e-mail when the payment is received.
A. The items are sent within 5 weekdays after receiving the payment.
B. In case the shipment cannot be sent within this period, the customer will be contacted by phone or e-mail.
C. Confirmation of shipment will be sent by e-mail.
D. Bpost normally delivers within 3 weekdays, provided that the delivery address is in Belgium.
E. All clothing items are in stock. Should it occur that an item is temporarily not in stock, one will be notified immediately.
F. Ba*Ba Babywear / Babybasics is not liable for exceeding the indicated delivery period, loss or damage by the shipping company.
All products in Babybasic's assortment are in compliance with the strict requirements all products for babies and children have to meet. However, Babybasic cannot be held liable for any damage, either physical, material or immaterial, that would be caused by inadequate functioning or misuse of the products sold by us.
All Babybasic's products are provided with a care label, the customer is deemed to comply with it. It is strongly advised not to iron over a print.
All personal data is solely used by Babybasics and will never be made available to third parties, unless necessary for payment and delivery of the order.

One has 14 days to request exchange or reimbursement of any item. The item(s) must, be returned in their original packaging to:

One has to pay the postage for shipment themselves, unless it concerns a (production) error on our behalf.
If one request reimbursement, it is important to note the bank account number on the service form. The service form is sent along with every package. The amount will be reimbursed within 7 weekdays.
There will be no exchange or reimbursement when:
* The clothing has been worn and/or washed.
* One has tried themselves to correct a deficiency.
* One has not complied with the washing instructions.
Non-prepaid or cash on delivery shipments will be refused. If items show deficiencies, the postage will be refunded.
