Minimal order amount to pre-order a collection is 750€ EU / 1500€ outside EU.
We ask a contribution for the shippingcosts, depending on the country of destination.
In case of cancellation of your order, we will charge a compensation of 50% of the total order amount.
Our policy is to work with a 100% prepayment.
30% when placing the order (once you have received the orderconfirmation) - 70% before shipment.
Extra orders are possible since we always have some stock, with a delivery time of one week.
An extra order is only possible when an initial pre-order of the relevant collection is made.
If we don't have stock and our supplier still has the necessary fabrics, delivery time is 3-4 weeks.
If the fabrics will need to be made, delivery time will be 6 weeks.
Transportation costs may vary depending on the weight and size of the box.
Visual damage or missing pieces need to be reported within the period of 7 days.
Return shipments are allowed with written permission of Babybasics.
Complaints of damaged pieces can be refunded or changed on mutual agreement.
